I was looking for Raw Indian Curly bundles and decided to type it in on FB. The name Loyal Strands came up and I went on the page. Scrolled and decided to reach out and placed my order. Shipping was quick. Received my bundles and the hair is soft and gorgeous. Customer service was top notch and I will be using this vendor moving forward. Thank you again. RM 😊

Absolutely LOVE this hair! I came across her posts on TikTok and took a chance, reached out, and placed my order the same day. And I am so so so happy that I did! Outstanding communication, excellent customer service, and she even hopped on FaceTime to show me the hair before I purchased. 100/10 would recommend! I will be recommending her to anyone I know in search of a good hair seller, because this hair is EVERYTHING. Super soft, didn’t shed when I was coming through, had no smell out the package, and looks excellent. If you are looking for some raw hair, look no further!

Not only does she provide AMAZING customer service and support she was able to deliver some of the best hair I’ve ever touched. I got to pick my bundles, and they shipped next day- before I ever needed to ask, came 2 days later and that’s because of the weekend. When the hair came, it exceeded my expectations- so soft so full so curly just like the pic. NO SMELL!!! (It actually smelled good) this company just gained a forever customer. She is rebuilding what the hair purchasing experience is supposed to be! Thank you!!!!! Can’t wait for my install!!
